The Cabins at Bitterroot River are conveniently located in the southern part of the Bitterroot Valley, along the East Fork of the Bitterroot River. Guests can use the Cabin as a base for exploring Western Montana! During the spring, fall and summer, guests can enjoy fly-fishing the Bitterroot River, hiking the Bitterroot/Sapphire Mountains, boating on Lake Como or Painted Rocks Lake and rafting on both the Bitterroot and Salmon River. In the fall, The Cabins at Bitterroot River make a great base for hunters. Deer frequent the area and herds of elk have been spotted nearby. As for the winter months there are hot springs nearby, alpine skiing at Lost Trail Resort, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. |
